On March 13, 2011, in Halifax Nova Scotia at the Loose Cannon Pub during trivia night somebody left behind this brilliant piece of artwork on a napkin. If you know who drew it please e-mail me we found it quite hilarious.
In Halifax, as soon as a snowfall starts to stick to the ground the citizens fill the sidewalks with their various clearing machines in tow. The odd purist or poverty stricken person shovel away to the brink of cardiac arrest, but the task is largely automated these days. There is buzz on the side streets as people fulfill their civic duty. But nothing compares to the deployment of snow plows through the neighbourhoods. Like the people, the plows come in various sizes and from different economic backgrounds.
