- Three Paycheck Month is the debut album by The Ben Mills Two

- The Ben Mills Two consists of Ben Mills, Dave Newberry and others. Mills and Newberry met in 2005 while being employed inside a six foot by nine foot fire hazard located within the historic town of Barkerville BC. They would work together again inside a similarly portioned kitchen in Vancouver’s historic Gastown. With new found distaste for all things historic they decided to collaborate on a then untitled recording.
- This creative merger was logical because it was something a struggling musician and struggling comedian could do for free and ask money for later. It was unfortunately not to be that simple. Three Paycheck Month had to survive through a false tuberculous diagnosis, a rampant case of hand eczema, hangovers of various severities, and a face smashing bicycle accident which briefly rendered Mills unable to speak properly.
- Yet Mills and Newberry still maintain that the project is lucky, healing, and the best quasi-hybrid-musical-soundscape-comedy the internet will see in 2009/2010.
